Holiday Sweat Challenge



Hi! I just wanted to share this fun way to stay accountable over the Holiday Season with everyone . It's called the "Holiday Sweat Challenge".  It starts Now (sorry about the last minute notice, but you can still join & it's FREE :-) ) and it runs until January 2nd.  It is hosted by Sweat Pink and Run to the Finish and is a great way to connect with other like minded folks trying to keep their healthy lifestyles intact over the next 2 months.



Here is the scoop:
1.You receive an email at the beginning of each week with workouts, healthy snack ideas and more. 2. Each day you keep track of the minutes of physical activity and log them.
3. Share how you are doing via the "Holiday Sweat" FB page, on Twitter, or Instagram.
4. Win Prizes!!! Each week people will be selected to win some pretty awesome prizes from prAna, Udi's, Manitoba Harvest, SOS Hydration and more!

What will your goal be this week? My goal is to make sure that every day I drink at least 64 ounces of water, eat 7 servings of "freggies" (fruit &/or vegetables) per day, and log 9 hours of physical activity by the end of the week, which is a lot, but I am in the midst of training for a Marathon!! :-)
